Exterior Systems Studio Engineer

Position: Exterior Systems Studio Engineer Role
Become a key player at Stellantis Canada as a Studio Engineer focused on exterior systems design. This opportunity includes remote work with occasional onsite tasks in Windsor, ON.

As a Studio Engineer, you will ensure the successful transition from design to engineering for vehicle components, emphasizing Front Fascia and Exterior Trim systems. Your experience will be essential for supporting clay modeling and prototype development efforts. You will actively participate in design reviews and collaborate across teams to merge styling intent with engineering realities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain CAD models for vehicle exterior

• Work closely with Clay Modelers and Designers

• Produce milling and SLA data for rapid prototyping

• Provide engineering recommendations during design reviews

• Validate design quality and compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 4-5 years of experience in automotive engineering

• Proficient in CAD with complex surfaces

• Background in automotive design and development

• Proven collaboration skills between teams
