In this full-time permanent role, you will specialize in building automation system enhancements across multiple facilities. Your responsibility includes working with HVAC systems to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions that maximize energy conservation. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that all systems perform optimally, directly impacting sustainability efforts within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations to optimize building energy systems

• Implement and track low/no cost energy measures

• Provide technical support for engineering and commissioning

• Analyze operation requirements for energy efficiency

• Prepare business cases for optimization projects

Requirements:

• Advanced education in engineering fields

• 5 years in building automation and controls experience

• Success in prior energy conservation projects

• Certification such as PEng or AScT

• BC Driver's license for site travel
