Aviation Project Manager

Position: Aviation Project Manager Hybrid Role
Join Avia NG as a Project Manager in the hybrid work model, focusing on aviation building design and construction from our Waterloo or Richmond Hill offices. Drive innovative solutions in airport project execution.

This permanent full-time role will allow you to work closely with our Buildings Team, supporting the design, planning, and construction of significant airport facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing projects across various phases while ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Strong technical judgment and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders for project success

• Assist in planning, budgeting, and monitoring project statuses

• Conduct technical site assessments and coordinate responses

• Facilitate communication between all project participants

• Manage documentation and track regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in engineering or architecture

• Solid understanding of aviation operational environments

• Excellent prioritization and communication skills

• Knowledge of building codes and design software

• Valid driver's license for site commutes
