Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for customer inquiries
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to delisting
• Work with sales to promote new product initiatives
• Conduct analysis of market trends and competitors
• Collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• French fluency required for effective communication
• Gas Certification and/or Refrigeration License is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years in residential HVAC roles
• Leadership experience in a collaborative environment
