Project Sales Support Engineer

With over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Baymak operates with two production facilities on a 60,000 m² site in Istanbul. Baymak is a leading manufacturer in Turkey with a strong national presence.

• Support the bulk product sales process for projects in line with company strategies.
• Ensure coordination and reporting of project sales processes.
• Strengthen communication with existing customers and assist in expanding the potential customer portfolio.
• Work in coordination with the project sales team, maintain communication with the headquarters, and provide operational support.
• Select products for projects, prepare quotations, and guide the sales team.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
• At least 3 years of experience in sectors such as HVAC, Building Materials, etc.
• Experience in portfolio management and quotation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good level of English (preferably).
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul or the Gebze area.
