First Point Group is seeking a highly experienced RF Optimization Engineer with deep expertise in Huawei RAN Optimization (Version 9.1) to support a major international telecom project. This role is critical in ensuring optimal network performance, coverage, and user experience across 4G LTE and 5G networks.

As an RF Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing the performance of wireless networks through advanced optimization techniques. You will work remotely as part of a global team, focusing on KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting network issues related to coverage, capacity, and mobility. The role requires hands‑on expertise with Huawei OSS tools and optimization processes, along with the ability to interpret drive test data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

You will play a key role in ensuring network quality and performance meet operator standards while contributing to ongoing optimization strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned RF engineers looking to work on large-scale, cutting‑edge telecom projects.

• Analyze network KPIs to identify performance gaps and recommend optimization actions
• Perform parameter tuning to improve coverage, capacity, and quality of service
• Troubleshoot RF issues including interference, accessibility, retainability, and mobility
• Analyze drive test data and propose optimization strategies
• Work with Huawei OSS tools to monitor and enhance network performance
• Support 4G LTE and 5G  activities across multiple regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization changes
• Ensure continuous performance improvement and network stability

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in RF Optimization for telecom networks
• Strong hands‑on experience with Huawei RAN Optimization (Version 9.1)
• Solid knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G
• Proven expertise in KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and network optimization
• Experience troubleshooting RF issues across coverage, capacity, and mobility domains
• Hands‑on experience with drive test analysis tools
• Familiarity with Huawei OSS tools and optimization workflows
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good English communication skills

• Experience supporting multi‑operator or international telecom projects
• Knowledge of scripting or automation in RF optimization
• Familiarity with advanced 5G features (Massive MIMO, beamforming)
• Experience in remote/global delivery environments
• Huawei certifications (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE RAN)
