Principle BMS Engineer

Location: Stratford

I am working on an exciting role with one of my key clients whose South West business unit, formed 7 years ago, has now grown to 18. They are the fastest-growing, independent (Building Management Systems (BMS) company in the UK with an excellent reputation for putting their engineers first. They have a genuine focus on doing the basics right with good customer service so that time and again customers come back.

What am I looking for: I am looking for an aspiring BMS Engineer who has excellent technical facing skills, is commercially mindedand has a strong work ethic. You will be from a BMS background with a working knowledge Trend, Schneider Eco Struxture Territory:
This role will require you to work on-site including universities, schools, commercial buildings and hospitals in the South West around the Bristol areaas well as travel into Bath and South Gloucestershire. You will be home-based and fully mobile. What the role requires:
The role of Principle BMS Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis: PPM and general maintenance Reactive maintenance Graphic modification Software Modifications Small works commissioning and commissioning on larger End User upgrade projects What you can expect back:

They can offer immediate training, ensuring each of their engineers are trained on the latest courses from their manufacturer partners. Basic salary £40,000- £55,000 Overtime averaging around £5,000 -£10,000per annum Top of the Range Company car or a car allowance of 450pm Company pensionat 3% / 5% Profit share between £1.5K and £2K Mobile phone, Laptop BUPA healthcare for the family Personal development plan and progression into senior roles
