As a Senior Engineering Manager at Tree House Foods, you will guide multiple manufacturing facilities in developing a comprehensive 5-year capital plan. Your leadership will empower a high-performing engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of key projects aligned with our business strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of a 5-year capital plan for facilities

• Manage capital projects using Initiative Management processes

• Track project KPIs: safety, budget, and timelines

• Collaborate with capital sourcing manager on procurement strategies

• Mentor and coach engineering team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Strong experience in aseptic environments preferred

• Multi-site capital planning experience required

• Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities
