Technical Procurement Specialist - AOG DESK

• Graduated from Logistics, Economy, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or other Engineering departments of universities.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in similar area, preferably in aviation industry.
• Good command of MS office.
• Good command in English, written and oral.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Precise planning and coordination abilities.
• To be able to work in rotating shifts.

• Identify and source critical aircraft components from global suppliers, pools, or through loan/exchange agreements to resolve AOG situations.
• Ensure efficient outsourcing of all aircraft-related materials including equipments.
• Provide real-time status updates and technical summaries to Maintenance Technical Planning teams regarding parts availability.
• Monitor inventory to maintain optimal safety stock levels and prevent material shortages.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to turnaround targets.
• Organize technical material logistics, including customs clearance, tracking, and operational management.
• Monitor supplier performance, driving corrective actions where required.
