In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting customers with advanced CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent and CFX. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality technical support and facilitating engaging training programs across North America. The position combines mentoring, consulting, and customer engagement, providing early-career professionals with invaluable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot simulation workflow and solver issues
• Develop tailored simulation models for clients
• Teach ANSYS CFD courses at various locations
• Manage full analysis workflows and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Master's degree, PhD preferred
• 3-6 years in engineering simulation
• Experience with ANSYS Fluent or CFX
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving ability
