• Review zoning outputs generated by the platform and flag inconsistencies
• Provide insights into how planners interpret edge cases (e.g., setbacks, conditional density)
• Suggest how specific bylaws or overlays could be handled in logic models
• Collaborate with product, data, and design teams on UX and zoning interpretation
• (Optional) Assist with writing planning content, analysis templates, or explainer tools

• Experience working in urban planning, zoning review, or development approvals
• Strong knowledge of municipal bylaws, particularly in Canadian contexts (Vancouver a plus)
• Comfortable reviewing zoning maps, development policies, and parsing complex text
• Bonus:
  Experience with GIS, CAD, or zoning logic systems
• Able to communicate clearly and provide structured feedback
