We are seeking Mechanical Engineering or Computing graduates for our Rail team in Belfast who are adaptable and eager to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory consultancy. You will enjoy a collaborative work environment, applying your skills for a variety of clients and projects.
Rail – Information ManagementOur Rail, Information Management Team is tasked with solution-based delivery which includes working through and overcoming software challenges. This team drives Building Information Modelling (BIM), information management, and digital innovation across Transport & Infrastructure; transforming traditional practices into smart, efficient and sustainable solutions.
Day‑to‑day Activities- Support project teams with BIM Digital Advisory and strategy.
- Coordinate and review BIM models for accuracy.
- Work with ISO
19650 standards and common data environments (e.g., BIM
360 Docs). - Help implement workflows for digital collaboration.
- Explore BIM software solutions and improve delivery efficiency.
- Produce engineering models and drawings.
- Act as a BIM Coordinator, resolving design issues.
- Collaborate with UK and international teams.

Qualifications- Graduate or graduating with a 2:2 or above in MEng Mechanical Engineering, MEng/MSc in Computing or MSc in BIM for Smart Engineering.
- Pass the application form and online skill enabler assessment.
- Expected start in September 2026.
- Passion for electrical engineering and enthusiasm for creativity, problem solving and sharing new ideas.
