Location: IJzendijke
As a Senior R&D Project Leader, you will be the driving force behind the development of innovative life science products within our Research & Development (R&D) department. With your strong communication and organizational skills, you act as the link between customers, colleagues and project teams.
Your mission
You contribute to the success of projects by supporting a wide range of project management activities. You work closely with Sales by providing technical input for quotations, lead multidisciplinary and cross-departmental projects, and coordinate employees across departments. You build strong relationships with customers and external project partners while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
Your responsibilities
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and execute project plans according to established quality processes.
Document and report project status, deviations and improvement opportunities.
Monitor product pricing and manufacturing methods.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Identify and manage project risks.
Provide timely reporting to the R&D Manager.
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business-related field.
At least 3-5 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
Knowledge of electronics, software and/or mechanical engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent command of Dutch and English.
What we offer
Gross monthly salary between €4,796 and €7,246 depending on education and experience.
One-year contract (32-38 hours) with the prospect of permanent employment.
