2) to join our Technical Assistance team, providing remote support to dealers and diagnosing complex vehicle issues. The role focuses on improving service quality, customer satisfaction, and repair efficiency across the network.
You will collaborate with Country Technical Delegates, Engineering, Quality and Suppliers, manage tickets, and may undertake field missions to assist dealers when required.
