Building mechanical engineer

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Building Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of various technical projects. You will be involved in both design and coordination, as well as providing support to project teams.

• Design and develop building mechanical projects (plumbing, ventilation, controls, etc.)
• Perform the technical calculations required to ensure system compliance and performance
• Participate in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
• Provide technical support to internal teams

• Take responsibility for building mechanical projects
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, structural, Water/Wastewater treatment and mechanical process, etc.)
• Participate in the technical coordination of projects
• Carry out site supervision when required Development and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development of the mechanical department
  • Participate in the preparation of service proposals
  • Propose optimized and innovative technical solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and work methods
  Qualifications
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (consulting engineering is an asset)
  • You are proficient with tools such as AutoCAD, IESVE and Revit
  • You have a good knowledge of technical equipment (an asset)
  • You have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
