Planner, Engineering, Environmental & Urban Planning

VINCI Building are currently looking to recruit a Planner to support our team delivering a significant revamp project of Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport.

As Planner on this project, you will collaborate closely with our existing Planning Team, Project Team and Supply Chain Partners to develop high‑quality logical programmes and associated work for the project on site.

You will be instrumental in planning resources for this live environment project in collaboration with other members of the project and supply chain – and in defining project resource requirements for future workloads.

Previous experience working for a large UK main contractor, significant expertise with P6, and a track record of identifying complex project issues early to reduce the impact on working programmes, are required.

• Develop detailed project programmes and schedules using P6 software.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, recommending contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the design and estimating teams to ensure buildability and optimised construction sequences.
• Identify and produce programmes to demonstrate EOT requirements under the NEC contract.
