Position: RF Communications Expert - Hybrid Role

In this hybrid opportunity, support the NETE team by conducting requirement analyses for the Canadian Armed Forces' HFLFRC project. Your technical capabilities in external communications will lead the way in evaluating modern technologies. Experience in RF ionospheric propagation and antenna design is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technical investigations into next-gen communications equipment

• Provide insight on antenna systems and RF propagation

• Develop and analyze communications system topologies

• Contribute to safety culture with zero harm initiatives

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Canada

Requirements:

• 10+ years in RF communications engineering

• Proficiency in RF testing and design

• Strong understanding of project management

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills

• Must be a Canadian citizen eligible for a security clearance
