They are now looking for a proactive Graduate Civil Engineer to support the delivery of major water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects. Role Overview As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions within the water industry. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the design & construction of Water/Wastewater infrastructure & non-infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to the RES Business Management Systems (BMS) and CDM regulations. Key duties include:
* Assisting in design, planning & implementation of water & wastewater projects.
* Production of drawings & design calculations
* Collaborating with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field;
Master's degree preferred.
* A keen interest in the UK water sector
* Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with a willingness to work
* towards chartership with a relevant professional institution (ICE, CIWEM or IoW). Competitive salary and benefits package
