For the Factory Engineer Team, we are currently looking for one Junior Factory Process Engineer and one Senior Factory Process Engineer.
Your Mission As a Factory Process Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of translating the strategic goals into concrete, practicable actions. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, analyse and improve the logistics of the production process. You will identify the need to purchase or improve tools, molds and equipment and incorporate the foregoing in an action plan.
What You’ll Be Doing You will work on the following product families: crawler, wheeled and mini excavators and Application Machines.
Creating technical and logistics improvement proposals relating to efficiency and safety.
Leading and successfully concluding medium‑sized projects (layout improvements, sub‑teams for the NWE model introduction, etc).
Keeping up to date with technical developments that can potentially be applied to existing processes.
Independently executing time studies, standard time and analysis in production.
Translating production specifications (drawings, Build Of Material, standards) into process orders, routing and required tools.
Converting data from prototype production into improvements (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost – SQDC).
Creation of a risk analysis.
Defining delivery specifications of parts to the production line.
Some activities will be directly related to SAP such as routing creation per model and variant and standard production orders.
Lead time & standard time calculations and integrations.
Integration with Build Of Material (in collaboration with Variant Configuration Engineers).
Variant configuration & change management (in collaboration with the planning department).
Production version maintenance (refined production drawings and revisions).
Work centre & capacity management to make sure of the accuracy of the stocks.
What You Bring For the Junior Factory Process Engineer:
Engineering degree and work experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering or a similar role is a plus.
For the Senior Factory Process Engineer: 3+ years of work experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering or a similar role.
Knowledge in technical products: model structures, hydraulic/electrical variants, attachments.
Very good knowledge of SAP integration: production planning, materials management, bill of materials, routing synchronization, manufacturing execution system integration.
Knowledge of and experience with the use of various LEAN tools (TPS, Six Sigma).
Being able to communicate with, present to and influence internal as well as external key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Engineering or business administration degree.
What We Offer Compensation built on a yearly gross salary between €49,000 and €76,000 (including holiday allowance and based on experience).
27 days of leave + 13 extra collective days of leave (ADV).
