Position: Cost Estimator Hybrid Role
Excel as a Cost Estimator at Hydrostor in Toronto, ON, working in a hybrid model. Lead cost estimations that support groundbreaking developments in energy storage technology.

In this critical full-time role, you will join Hydrostor's technology and project teams to ensure effective cost estimation practices guide essential investment decisions. Reporting to the VP, Project Engineering, you will address the comprehensive estimations necessary for project viability across North America and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and structure product cost estimates for client projects

• Collaborate with Engineering and Sourcing to align project parameters

• Quantify cost implications from technological advancements

• Document detailed Basis of Estimates that capture methodology

• Facilitate the handoff from estimating to execution phases

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in cost estimation roles

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

• Familiarity with established estimating practices and software

• Background in sectors like energy, mining, or infrastructure

• Effective in cross-functional team environments
