Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an O&M Supervisor for its M Renewables team in Italy. The role focuses on supporting the Project Manager in hiring, coordinating handovers, and ensuring safe operations across PV and BESS sites.
You will monitor maintenance activities, manage KPIs, and optimize resources while traveling to plants as needed. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of PV solar project experience, a technical background in Electrical Engineering, and fluent English.
