Product Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify key improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to define and implement engineering changes that enhance processes, procedures, and manufacturability.
- Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across multiple sites and product lines.
- Interact with key stakeholders to support process implementation and drive effective decision‑making.
- Act as the front‑end interface for all new product and system integration activities in partnership with Product Engineering teams.
- Develop and implement global manufacturing execution plans to ensure consistency across sites and product lines.
- Drive innovative and technology‑focused solutions with a forward‑thinking approach to process optimization.
- Support global adoption of manufacturing processes and systems across all regions.
- Own bid and standard hours for products, including lead‑time considerations.
- Act as a key interface for future manufacturing technologies through collaboration with AME and Engineering teams.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Bring experience ideally within the Oil & Gas industry or a large‑scale mechanical manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in engineering systems, tools, and materials.
- Work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross‑functional decisions.
- Execute tasks with a strong sense of urgency and tactical focus.
- Demonstrate strong professional attributes and industry knowledge.
- Have the energy, motivation, and drive to lead change and deliver results.
- Possess strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
- 4 days per week in the office, 1 day remote working from home.
