Salary: £65k-£75k per year.

A leading consulting civil and structural engineering practice with over 100 staff, based in London. The firm offers nationwide services and specializes in complex structural design for medium and low rise buildings across sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial and industrial.

Lead a team of structural engineers, delivering hands‑on design, managing staff, business development, client and project management, and mentor graduates. The position is ideal for a Chartered engineer who has reached a glass ceiling in a current practice and seeks further development.
