Senior Quantity Surveyor - National

About The Role Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick is a leader in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation (ME&I) solutions. We design, install and maintain the complex systems and technologies that underpin the UK’s national infrastructure and bring buildings to life.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing commercial activities on our complex industrial projects. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and commercial reporting across multidisciplinary engineering projects, working closely with technical teams to manage interfaces and support successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have experience working on large-scale engineering construction projects such as power generation, water treatment, energy infrastructure, or nuclear decommissioning. A good understanding of NEC contracts is essential.

• Ideally a Chartered Member of the RICS, ICES, or CIOB
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge
• Experience of managing a small team
• Must be able to pass a DBS check
