Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Credit Card

Working closely with the Regional Survey Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the East Midlands Operations Department, taking ownership of high‑value infrastructure, commercial and engineering survey projects. This autonomous, technically demanding position involves delivering high‑accuracy topographic, setting out and 3‑D laser scanning solutions across diverse sites mainly in the East Midlands with potential travel to other UK sites.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of proven field experience in Land, Topographic or Setting Out Surveying within a UK civil or construction environment.
• Total Stations:
  Proven field expertise in establishing primary site control and executing high‑precision topographical survey/setting out using modern robotic Total Stations.
• Laser Scanning:
  Essential proficiency in operating modern 3‑D laser scanners (e.g., Leica RTC
  360, Trimble X7) and managing data processing workflows.
• Certifications:
  
  Valid CSCS card is mandatory.
• Mobility:
  Full UK Driving Licence with flexibility to cover sites across Leicester, Peterborough and the wider East Midlands, plus occasional national travel.
• Desirable:
  Prior exposure to machine control model preparation or rail sector surveying environments (Sentinel PTS) is highly advantageous but not essential.

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
