You will utilize your extensive experience, particularly in geometallurgy, to audit models, manage data analysis, and work on advanced methodologies. As part of this role, expect close collaboration with geologists and ML engineers to develop accurate resource models for mining companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in metallurgical processes
• Audit existing and new geometallurgical models
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis on operational metrics
• Work alongside engineers to enhance model accuracy
• Mentor junior professionals in mineral processing
Requirements:
• Tertiary degree in relevant discipline
• 20+ years in mineral processing environments
• Experience with gold and copper deposit types
• Familiarity with mining regulations in Australia/Canada
