Senior Electrical Engineer

Position: Senior Electrical Engineer Hybrid Role

As part of our Canadian Mine Infrastructure team, you’ll focus on innovative electrical system designs for mining projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with other specialists. Your work will have a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of mining operations across Canada and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize power and control systems for mining

• Lead engineering tasks ensuring compliance with all regulations

• Foster relationships with clients to address operational needs

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective project delivery

• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

• Over 8 years of relevant design and engineering experience

• Current registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada

• Experience with relevant industry codes and standards

• Proficient with design and modeling software tools
