Remote Senior Engineer in Automation

In this role, you will oversee control systems projects, combining design, development, and implementation skills to fulfill client needs. Working from home in Canada, you’ll ensure projects meet their goals while mentoring younger engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead industrial control systems projects from inception to execution
• Design and implement control algorithms effectively
• Test and debug systems to ensure adherence to standards
• Manage project plans, risks, and budgets
• Establish strong relationships with clients and teams
Requirements:
• Engineering degree focused on automation technologies
• Minimum 10 years industrial engineering experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel when necessary
• Ability to work legally in Canada
