In this full-time Network Engineer position, you will support intricate customer environments remotely. Your expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing a varied tech stack will be instrumental in ensuring network excellence. You will also contribute to critical documentation and process streamlining for effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quickly troubleshoot network-related incidents and challenges
• Execute firmware updates and network performance monitoring
• Maintain detailed documentation, including SOPs
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders seamlessly
• Provide 24/7 network support through an on-call rotation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering
• Proficient with Cisco, Meraki, and F5 equipment
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Familiar with automation and scripting tools
• Preferred certifications include CCNA or similar
