As a key member of Intersect's Development Engineering team, you will lead the charge in developing engineering standards that support utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects.

Your role will be integral in implementing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of civil engineering standards

• Enhance documentation and technical requirements for projects

• Drive the incorporation of lessons learned into processes

• Partner with teams on technical risk and project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• 7+ years of civil/structural design experience

• Experience leading engineering standards development

• Profound knowledge of construction methods and risk management

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
