About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage project costs and commercial performance
  • Support procurement and subcontract management
  • Prepare valuations, forecasts and financial reports
  • Work closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
  • Help ensure successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project
Qualifications
  • BSc/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • NEC contract experience preferred
