Become an Expert Network Engineer with Blue Mantis, working remotely and managing a wide array of network technologies. Your ability to troubleshoot and optimize will be crucial for our client satisfaction.
Blue Mantis is on the lookout for an experienced Network Engineer for a full-time remote position. You will engage with complex network setups, utilizing your knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, and load balancers.
Your role includes participating in process improvements and maintaining essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incident responses and deploy troubleshooting tactics
• Conduct firmware updates and monitor network health
• Create technical documentation and improve operational processes
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders
• Be part of an on-call rotation for comprehensive network support
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of network engineering experience
• Proficient with Cisco, Meraki, and F5 technologies
• Strong problem-solving and written communication skills
• Familiar with scripting for network automation
• CCNA or compatible certification preferred
