Job Description & How to Apply Below
Zonnepark Services is the market leader in the Netherlands for operations and maintenance of large‑scale solar PV projects, with more than 1.5 GWp under management. We are looking for a Technical Asset Manager to take technical ownership of part of that portfolio.
You’ll be the technical point of contact for a set of our PV installations. You monitor plant performance through our monitoring tools, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with our field technicians and external partners. You report to the Team Lead Technical Asset Management and work closely with the other technical asset managers, the planner and the field service team.

You are also the client’s main contact on all operational topics; maintaining the relationship, reporting on system performance, and advising on improvements.
What you’ll do   Monitor PV installation performance through our monitoring tools.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal and external parties.
Produce periodic performance reports for clients.
Advise on technical improvements and optimisations.
What you bring   A completed technical degree (bachelor’s or master’s), for example in energy technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or sustainability.
Strong communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch, written and spoken.
Knowledge of PV systems; experience in solar O&M or asset management is a plus.
A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset: you pick up the phone to get things resolved rather than wait.
A structured, precise way of working, with a clear overview of priorities.
A valid driver’s licence (category

B) and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Netherlands.

Experience with (technical) project management is a plus.
What we offer   Salary well above the CAO Technisch Installatiebedrijf scale, matched to your experience, including the PMT pension scheme.
A role with the market leader in solar O&M in the Netherlands, with room to grow in the sector.
An enthusiastic, informal, driven team with short lines of communication.
This role is built on direct collaboration, with the team, with technicians on site, and with the client. We work mainly from our office with a control room in central Utrecht (Drieharingstraat), remote work possibilities are limited.
