Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced transport planning professional to join our established Transport Planning team in Cardiff.

Applications are welcomed from candidates operating at Transport Planner, Senior Transport Planner or Principal Transport Planner level, appointment will be made at the level most appropriate to the successful candidate's skills, experience and ability to contribute to the growth of the team. Principal-level candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of winning work and developing new client relationships.

You'll work on a diverse mix of development and infrastructure projects across both private and public sectors, supporting clients in residential, commercial, retail and energy. Our portfolio ranges from strategic new settlements through to smaller-scale landowner developments.

The role will focus on transport planning and appraisal work, alongside project delivery, client relationship management, project management and business development activities, depending on your experience and level.

*** Delivery of Vision-Led Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans
* Use of professional judgement to develop effective and practical transport solutions
* Client relationship management and support with fee proposals
* Planning and undertaking stakeholder and client engagement activities
* Supporting project financial performance alongside Project Directors
* Continual development of technical knowledge in line with policy and regulatory changes
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
* For Principal-level candidates, leading business development activities, building new client relationships and securing new project opportunities

You'll collaborate with colleagues across Planning, Environmental and Engineering disciplines on impactful projects, with opportunities to work across the UK as part of a wider national team, and for European/International exposure.
