In this pivotal role, you will lead various road safety projects, analyzing collision data and identifying potential hazards. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll design safer roadways, recommend improvements, and monitor compliance with safety standards. Experience in planning and design, along with a track record of project leadership, will be essential to excel in this position at AECOM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of project scope and budgets
• Collect and analyze traffic collision data
• Identify and recommend safety improvements
• Collaborate with urban planners and traffic engineers
• Review traffic management plans for compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or applied science
• 6+ years of related experience
• Professional Engineer license in British Columbia
• PE license from Washington State preferred
• Familiarity with design standards like AASHTO
Contribute your expertise in road safety and design at AECOM to improve community infrastructure.
