Arcplace AG sucht eine/n IDP System Engineer (80–100%). Du betreibst die IDP-Plattformen zuverlässig, analysierst Störungen und setzt Verbesserungen um. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Customer Success Team zusammen, um hochwertige BPO-Services sicherzustellen.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören Monitoring, Incident-Management, Change-Requests und technischer Support vor Ort für das Scan- und BPO-Center. Du bringst eine Informatik-Qualifikation mit und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
