Johnson Controls in Izmir Free Zone is seeking a Senior Product & System Support Engineer to support HVAC products across the EMEA region. Based in Izmir, you will manage technical support and warranty cases and provide remote assistance to customers, service teams, and field technicians.
You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Order Engineering teams to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive product improvements.
