BCXP is seeking a Tech Officer:
Jnr Customer Engineer (FS) to provide routine hardware service and remote diagnostic support under close supervision. You will help ensure contract SLAs with clients and work with the onsite operations team in Durban.
Key tasks include maintaining CMDB, performing hardware/software installations, and assisting fellow technicians remotely. This role requires local travel, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work extended hours when needed.
