Space Dinosaurs is seeking a Director of Engineering (Hands-On Architect) to own outcomes across multiple squads and client engagements. You will shape engineering standards, own architecture, and drive delivery while staying hands-on 20–30% of the time to unblock critical problems.
You will lead engineering managers, leads, and architects, partnering with PMs across time zones to ensure high quality, scalable solutions for enterprise brands. The role is remote with international scope.
