Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 basic

An established global manufacturer of industrial coding, marking and product identification equipment is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across the North of England.

This is a home-based field role working on electromechanical equipment within manufacturing and production environments, covering installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and breakdown support.

The Role

Service, maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment at customer sites

Install and commission new machinery and systems

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults

Manage breakdowns through from diagnosis to resolution

Provide technical support and build strong customer relationships

Support equipment trials and demonstrations where required

Travel across the North of England, with occasional overnight stays

Requirements

Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer background

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

Experience working on industrial, manufacturing or production equipment

Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing field role

Full UK driving licence

Experience with coding, marking, printing, labelling or laser systems

Package

£38,000 - £42,000 basic salary
