Jobtailor in the Netherlands seeks a field-based technical support engineer for Flow Cytometry instrumentation. You will provide on-site and remote support to customers and colleagues, perform preventive maintenance, installations, relocations, repairs, and field change orders.
You will diagnose electrical, fluidic, mechanical, hardware, software and laser issues, perform IQ/OQ certifications, manage technical escalations, keep spare parts stock, and cover the Netherlands with occasional travel
