Cozero is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager (m/f/d) to own delivery and people across the engineering group. You will run the operating rhythm, coach engineers, and collaborate with product managers to maintain delivery velocity.
You will line-manage about 12 engineers, drive performance reviews, salary conversations, and career growth. You’ll coordinate with Principal Engineer and Dev Ops Lead on architecture and system design for scalable platforms.
