- Support the delivery of civil engineering design projects within the development sector
- Assist with the day-to-day running of projects, progressing towards lead responsibility
- Work closely with clients, local authorities, and contractors
- Prepare and progress technical submissions (S38, S278, S104 agreements)
- Develop design work across highways, drainage, and SuDS schemes
- Respond to technical queries and support project delivery to deadlines
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on varied development projects
Job Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar)
- 0-2 years' experience (consultancy or development environment ideal)
- Strong ambition to achieve Chartership (ICE or equivalent)
- AutoCAD
- Drainage design (e.g. Causeway Flow)
- Highway design (e.g. PDS or similar)
- Understanding of SuDS principles and UK design standards
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, "can-do" approach
