Role & Responsibilities Lead fire engineering teams to deliver multiple complex projects across varied sectors
Manage technical aspects of large scale projects and key components of major developments
Report to Associate level leadership and support strategic direction of projects
Support and mentor fire engineers to develop technical capability within the team Deliver fire consultancy services and produce compliant fire strategies across projects
Manage internal and external enquiries while maintaining effective client communication
Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new and repeat business
Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and detailed design specifications
Skills & Experience Required Degree qualified in engineering with an accredited BEng, MEng, or MSc qualification
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status or actively working towards professional recognition
Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers or progressing towards full membership
Extensive experience delivering fire engineering solutions on UK construction projects
Strong understanding of active and passive fire protection systems and applications
Detailed knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, regulations, and design guidance
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality outputs
Strong leadership and communication skills within multidisciplinary project teams
Salary & Benefits Salary range of 65,000 to 90,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Mileage reimbursement at 45 pence per mile for business related travel
