Gold Milling Metallurgist Hybrid Role

Join Coeur Mining as a Metallurgist in a hybrid environment, focusing on gold milling at the Rainy River mine. Lead teams and improve operational efficiency in a unique setting.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing technical support to the mill operations team while overseeing laboratory activities. Your leadership will ensure safety compliance, efficient data entry, and facilitate collaboration in a values-based work environment. Your expertise in metallurgy will help advance our commitment to responsible mining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly safety meetings and toolbox sessions

• Train teams on SOPs and circuit operations

• Perform daily assessments on CIP performance

• Oversee laboratory and maintain standard operating practices

• Analyze data for monthly and daily metallurgical reports

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in gold milling

• University degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional Engineering Designation is desirable
