As a Technical Graduate Trainee
, you will embark on an immersive journey across the breadth of Nestlé’s technical operations. With guidance from experienced professionals, you will develop your analytical skills, forward-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Prepare yourself to make an impact by addressing technical challenges such as optimizing production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, managing technical risks, and more!
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-functional environment, interacting effectively with your team and business partners.
- Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively.
- Be curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduate with limited work experience but a strong passion for engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Very good GPA and bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical, Quality and Production engineering will be highly regarded.
