Project Manager; Medical Device Product Development

For our client, a global Med Tech company based in Oberdorf
, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Product Development area.

General Information:

• End date: 31.12.2026 with a possibility of extension
• Contract: temporary contract via Randstad (employment)
• Home office: up to 2 days/week

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading product development projects from concept through product launch
• Responsible for creating, monitoring, and maintaining project plans
• Identifying critical paths, project risks, and roadblocks, and proposing corrective actions
• Preparing and presenting project status reports and presentations
• Collaborating with internal service providers and external suppliers
• Develop project plans in collaboration with the project team
• Manage the execution of project plans together with the project team
• Work with internal service providers and external suppliers to ensure project progress
• Responsible for meeting project plans and milestones on time
• Report on project progress and status
• Escalation of critical issues
• Identify critical paths, project risks, and roadblocks, and work with the project team to develop solutions
• Support product launch and market introduction activities
• Collaborate with U.S.
  
  -based project management teams and project teams
• Manage particularly complex and strategically significant projects within the division
• Act as deputy for the supervisor and assume managerial responsibilities when required
• Understand and comply with policies regarding the Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance programs, and other relevant regulations.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Medical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or the development of medical devices
• Project Management certification is preferred
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong team player
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset
