Their team of over 100 environmental experts ensures that environmental objectives are integrated into the heart of project designs, promoting sustainable and resilient development. They are doing some excellent work on a range of renewables projects across the UK currently!

Work as part of an established and successful Ecology team. You will have the opportunity to lead on projects and be involved across the whole lifestyle from conception through to completion. You will be working in Bristol on office days however, you will have the chance to work from home and perform site visits across the UK.Main duties could include...Leading surveys and guiding teams that will perform a range of ecological surveys
Manage ecological projects
Technical report writing and support on EcIAsHelp to prepare fee proposals
Mentor junior members of staff
Business development and client liaising
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in an ecological consultancy (in a UK setting)
Experience with ecological project delivery including field work Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of relevant UK environmental legislation
Understanding of BNGExperience in mentoring staffUK driving license
Botanical skills (preferred)
Protected species licenses (preferred)
