Project Manager - Energy Transition, Digitalization, and Automation

Develop and execute a comprehensive project management plan that aligns with project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure maximum project effectiveness and team engagement.
Lead and motivate team members throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
Manage stakeholder communications, particularly during critical milestones such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Oversee all aspects of quality control and ensure the highest safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
Collaborate with commissioning engineers and site supervisors, ensuring smooth transitions from project execution to after-sales support.
As a senior project manager, you will be challenged to advance to a program manager role for our largest clients.
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in multidisciplinary projects with a focus on electrical engineering.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
PMP or IPMA certification, as well as VCA VOL or ISO 45001 (formal OHSAS) safety certification.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering.
A positive attitude with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of your time to sites or factories worldwide.
