Lightfoot is seeking a technical leader to guide the Applications engineering function while remaining hands-on. You’ll shape technical direction, set architectural standards and grow a team capable of delivering a next‑generation platform.
You’ll lead the migration strategy, define testing and security practices, and mentor engineers, balancing delivery with deep technical stewardship across Python, AWS and React ecosystems. Remote role with Exeter visits.
